I looked all over the internet and found different results. If people were selling the herbalife that was the better one, if people were selling shakeology than that was the better one.
I have been taken shakeology but I found the price unbelievably high. Herbalife now has a nutrition program for athletes. It is called “24″ and I have switched over to Formula 1 in the “24″ products. I have increased my lean muscle mass. I was surprised because I am a big beachbody fan. However, economically I wanted to try something else. The results do not lie. Herbalife 24 is the best.
