10 Minute workout. My Legs Need a Rest! Get Your Guns.
Try these 10 minute workouts 3 times a week and you will see a difference. The effort needs to be there. Go as fast as you can for 20 seconds and then rest 10 seconds. Please be safe and have Doctor approval. You will need hand weights. With weights you want to be fast but controlled.
1. Bicep curls w/weight
2. 2 handed kick backs w/weight (bent over tricep extention) your knees should be slightly bent and back flat.
3. Pro presses. Palms in with weights in hands. Extend upwards and turn the palms out. When down turn palms in.
4. Wide hands pushups.
5. Bicep curls
6. 2 handed kickbacks
7. Pro Press
8. Wide hand push ups
1 minute rest and then repeat the above 8 exercises but without any bands.
