Thanks for everyone who participated in the fit camp.  Learning how and becoming lean takes just 5 hours a week and it is fun and manageable.

The results are incredible and I am so proud of everyone.  Losing 3-5 pounds of fat in one week was the average.  Great recovery using the herbalife products .  That is why I am a believer.  I am also working with a 75 year old man who loves great nutrition and exercise.

My goal is to get people healthier. Moreover, I get to see the improvement in self esteem and in energy.  This is what I love to see the most.

This Monday we are doing an interval training that has 3 levels (low, medium and intense).  Beginners will stick with low and the advance athletes will build to the intense level.

Wellness Coach?

Someone asked me yesterday that they where concerned because they could no longer to pull ups.  Anyone can do pull ups.  All you need is some assistance.  Using a one inch band is a good start.  This can be found at training stores such as Perform Better fitness store
